Great Solution - very easy to use
Thanks to godaddy i had my site up and running within 3 days. Very easy to use and very easy to implement. I recommend it to any business !

Installed it on my root directory
I dig DNN. I'm not a web developer, but know my way around enough to see the potential in DNN and appreciate the flexibility it offers. For those who want to run DNN on GoDaddy, I added a blog post to my website with instructions on how to install DNN on the root of your GoDaddy account with very little pain. Happy webbing!

I am an expert but ...
Finally got it to work after 3 installation attempts, then discovered that if you install it in a folder other than root, you can't assign a sub-domain to point to it.

Dot Net Nuke
Great App when it works, may need to reinstall a few times to get it right, but once its up it wizard driven builder and modules are great for Content management. Themeing can be an issue as for any decent customization look wise requires packages and Artisteer is not cheap 200bux appr. Once you have it it can make mad skins. Overall one of the best depending on your style of webmastering.

Too Much of a Learning Curve for this Non Developer
Although DotNetNuke is a nice application and I'm sure with time I can learn to build a very nice site using it, I switched to a free wysiwyg program called kompozer which allows me to do everything that I need to do very quickly and easily. I don't think DNN was developed for non developer part time business people like myself who are only building a site because they can't afford to pay a developer loads to build one.
