Good app, but Expensive; slows page loading
Great idea, great concept. However, they want $50/month for a "widget". I would live with it at $19 or $20, but they are overpriced. So, I trialed it and discontinued. Also, I noticed it caused a big hit to page loading speeds. The Javascript loading is relatively slow. I suspect their servers need to be upgraded so their clients dont' see their apps slow down in Google's eyes.

Excellent and it is Free for life.
The free only allows 50 feedbacks per month. The fee-based start at 100 feedbacks for $49 per month. $99 per month equal 2,000 feedbacks. The only difference in accounts levels is the above and the number of design templates and analysis information fields you get. Even at the free level it is a most ecellent product, you'll look very professional in a snap. You can even tell the application when usrers should be asked to give feedback. The free account is already set to if they were o nyour site for 30 seconds. The fee-based accounts you can edit this feature. Its great if you're new with no traffic and grows with you if you do well. YOui'll save time and get a ton of analysis information to improve your site, service and/or product.

Great but very expensive.
Easy to setup and configure. It says free but it is a 15 day free trial, minimum fee after that is $99 per month! Yet again, another advertiser using misleading tactics rather than be honest up front.

Love the tool!
I really love the tool! I wish there were a way to better customize the look and feel on the free version, but overall, I'm pretty impressed with the ease of installation and use.

An excellent feedback tool, well implemented.
Easy to set up and install. Once installed, provides an obvious way for user to provide site feedback without getting in the way of site content. After installing this on my site, I got first feedback within a day - the feedback was to correct an error on my site, so installing this has already been time well spent.
