Guys, it's not free...
According to your writeup it's not free, but there is no $symbol next to your entry--someone needs to correct something...

Great Learning Tool - Free mysql version at navicat.com
I have found this to be indespensible for learning more about mysql and relational tables. The graphical interface much, much easier to use than PhpMyAdmin. Free 'Lite' version availalable at http://www.navicat.com is very complete, but I ended up purchasing the full version so I could export data to excel more easily, and make backups, and import using the form view.
